Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that helps young people become leaders and prepare for careers and life through Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. FCCLA members develop skills for personal growth, leadership, and career success while making a positive impact in their families, schools, and communities.
