Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national student organization that helps young people become leaders and prepare for careers and life through Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. FCCLA members develop skills for personal growth, leadership, and career success while making a positive impact in their families, schools, and communities.

FCCLA is unique because it is student-led and classroom-based, meaning members apply what they learn in FCS courses to real-world situations. The mission emphasizes helping students become strong leaders, responsible citizens, and career-ready individuals who positively impact their families, workplaces, and communities.
